RRJ Media Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit or use www.vipexperienc.com (the “Platform”), including when you register, purchase, post content, or use interactive features. It applies regardless of the country from which you access the Platform.
The Platform may link to third-party sites, plug-ins, or services that we do not control. This Policy does not cover those third parties; please review their privacy policies. By using the Platform, you accept the practices described here. We may update this Policy from time to time, and your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
The Platform is intended only for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
1. Personal Data We Collect
“Personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an individual. It does not include anonymous or aggregated data. Depending on whether you are a creator or a member, we may collect:
- Identity Data — legal name, username, government-issued photo ID, date of birth, gender, signed written consents, selfie/verification image, and your voice and image in any content you upload.
- Contact Data — postal address, email address, and telephone number.
- Financial Data — bank or payment-account and payment-card details. We store little or no card data; our payment processors handle it and adhere to PCI-DSS.
- Transaction Data — payments to and from you, purchases, and tips made through the Platform.
- Technical & Device Data — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, time zone, and similar information about the devices you use.
- Content Data — photos, video, audio, livestreams, text, metadata, and other material you create or upload, which may itself reveal personal data about you.
- Profile & Usage Data — username, password, purchases, preferences, feedback, and how you use the Platform.
- Marketing & Communications Data — your marketing and communication preferences.
Sensitive data. Because of the nature of the Platform, some information you choose to provide (for example, data revealing your sex life or sexual orientation) may be treated as sensitive under applicable law. We collect sensitive data only where you voluntarily provide it, and by providing it you consent to our processing it for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent as described in Section 9.
Age & identity verification. If you post content or appear in content, we (or a third-party verification provider) collect and verify your government ID and age. We handle this data with heightened care and retain it as required by law (see Sections 7 and 8).
Aggregated data. We also create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you and may use it for any lawful purpose.
2. How We Collect Your Data
Directly from you. When you register, create a profile, purchase, interact with creators or members, request marketing, enter a promotion or survey, contact us, or report a problem.
Automatically. As you use the Platform, we collect Technical and Device Data using cookies, server logs, web beacons, and similar technologies (see Section 3).
From third parties. From business partners, identity/age-verification and payment providers, advertising networks, and analytics providers. Payment-card details go directly to our PCI-DSS-compliant processors.
From your contributions. Content you post in public areas or transmit to others is shared at your own risk; no security measures are perfect, and we cannot control other users’ actions.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to distinguish you from other users, remember your preferences, estimate audience size and usage, speed up searches, and improve the Platform. You can set your browser to refuse some or all cookies, but parts of the Platform may then not work properly. Our pages may also contain web beacons used to compile statistics and verify system integrity.
Third-party tracking. Some content and ads are served by third parties (advertisers, ad networks, analytics and content providers) that may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity over time and across sites for interest-based advertising. We do not control these technologies; contact the relevant provider with questions.
Do Not Track. Because there is no common industry standard for Do Not Track (DNT) signals, the Platform does not currently respond to them. We do, however, offer the choices described in Section 6.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to operate the Platform and run our business, including to:
- Identify you as a visitor, member, or creator and provide the Platform, products, services, and support you request;
- Verify your identity and age when you post content, and meet our legal recordkeeping obligations (including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A where applicable);
- Process payments, collect and pay creator earnings, and prevent and detect fraud;
- Review content before publication and monitor live content to ensure it is lawful and compliant;
- Operate, secure, personalize, analyze, and improve the Platform and develop new features;
- Communicate with you about your account, changes, and (where permitted) marketing and promotions;
- Promote your content or profile and promote the Platform;
- Comply with law, card-network rules, court orders, and lawful requests, and protect our rights, users, and the public; and
- Fulfill any other purpose disclosed when you provide the data, or with your consent.
We will not use personal data for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without notice. We may use non-personal and aggregated data for any business purpose.
5. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data for money. We may share personal data with:
- Members of our corporate group (subsidiaries, parent, and affiliates);
- Service providers and partners that support our business under written contracts requiring confidentiality and limited use — for example, payment processors, identity/age-verification vendors, hosting and security providers, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), email-delivery and customer-service providers;
- Buyers or successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets;
- Courts, regulators, and law enforcement to comply with law or legal process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; and
- Others with your consent or as otherwise disclosed when you provide the data.
You can opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and read Google’s practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We may share non-personal data without restriction.
6. Your Choices
Marketing. You can opt out of marketing by adjusting your account preferences, using the unsubscribe link in our emails, or emailing privacy@vipexperienc.com. This does not affect transactional or service messages.
Cookies & advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use third-party opt-out tools for interest-based advertising.
Access & correction. You can review and update your personal data in your account profile, or contact us to access, correct, or delete data, subject to legal limits and identity verification (see Section 12 for jurisdiction-specific rights).
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process, store, and transfer your personal data to the U.S. and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from yours. By using the Platform, you consent to these transfers as permitted by law. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to provide a comparable level of protection. Residents of Canada and other regions should be aware that data transferred abroad may be accessible to foreign authorities under local law.
8. Data Security and Retention
Security. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal data, store it behind firewalls, and encrypt payment transactions using TLS/SSL. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and you provide data at your own risk. Keep your password confidential and be careful about what you share in public areas of the Platform.
Retention. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal, accounting, tax, recordkeeping, and card-network obligations — which, for identity and age-verification records (including under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A), may require retention for an extended period and after account closure. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the data.
9. Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting privacy@vipexperienc.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and we may be unable to provide certain products or services as a result; we will explain any impact at the time.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact privacy@vipexperienc.com.
11. Accessing and Correcting Your Data
It is important that your data is accurate and current; please keep it updated. You may access, review, and change your data in your account profile, or email privacy@vipexperienc.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may require identity verification, may charge a reasonable fee where permitted, and may decline where the law allows or where data has already been deleted or anonymized. Deleting your Content Data may not remove cached or archived copies, or copies others have made.
12. U.S. State Privacy Rights
California (CCPA/CPRA). California residents have additional rights, described in our California Privacy Notice (CCPA). California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) lets California residents request information about disclosures of personal data for third parties’ direct marketing; email privacy@vipexperienc.com.
Nevada. Nevada residents may submit sale opt-out requests under NRS Chapter 603A to privacy@vipexperienc.com. We do not currently sell data as defined by that statute.
Other states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, certain profiling, and any “sale” or “sharing” of personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vipexperienc.com; you may appeal a denial by replying to our response.
13. EEA / UK Rights
Legal bases. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on your consent, our legitimate interests (not overridden by your rights), the need to perform a contract with you, or to comply with law.
Subject to conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data; object to processing (including direct marketing); and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vipexperienc.com. We respond within the time required by law (generally one month), may verify your identity, and will not charge a fee unless your request is unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
14. Changes to This Policy
We will post changes here and update the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will notify you by email (to the address on your account) or by a notice on the Platform. Please keep your email current and review this Policy periodically.
