This California Privacy Notice supplements RRJ Media Holdings LLC’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). Terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning here.
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer, household, or device (“personal information”). Personal information does not include publicly available government records, de-identified or aggregated information, or information excluded from the CCPA (such as certain HIPAA, FCRA, GLBA/FIPA, and DPPA data). In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories:
- A. Identifiers — name, alias, postal address, unique and online identifiers, IP address, email, account name, government ID numbers, and similar (Collected: Yes).
- B. California Customer Records (Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) — name, signature, ID numbers, address, telephone number, financial/payment information, and similar (Collected: Yes).
- C. Protected classifications — age, sex/gender, sexual orientation, and similar characteristics (Collected: Yes).
- D. Commercial information — records of products or services purchased or considered, and purchasing histories (Collected: Yes).
- E. Biometric information (Collected: No).
- F. Internet/network activity — browsing and search history and interactions with our Platform and ads (Collected: Yes).
- G. Geolocation data (Collected: No).
- H. Sensory data — audio, electronic, and visual information (Collected: Yes).
- I. Professional/employment information (Collected: No).
- J. Non-public education information (Collected: No).
- K. Inferences — profiles reflecting preferences and characteristics (Collected: No).
Sensitive personal information. Because of the nature of the Platform, information you voluntarily provide may include sensitive personal information under the CPRA (for example, government ID numbers and data revealing sexual orientation or sex life). We use and disclose sensitive personal information only to provide the services you request, comply with law (including age verification and recordkeeping), prevent fraud, and for other purposes permitted without a right to limit, or with your consent. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
Sources. We collect personal information directly from you, automatically as you use the Platform, and from third parties such as business partners, verification providers, and analytics providers.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it; provide, support, personalize, and improve the Platform; create and secure your account; process transactions and prevent fraud; provide support; deliver relevant content and (where permitted) advertising; maintain safety and security; conduct research and analytics; respond to law-enforcement and legal requests; and as otherwise described at collection or permitted by the CCPA, including in connection with a corporate transaction. We will not collect new categories or use personal information for materially different purposes without notice.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose personal information for business purposes under written contracts that require confidentiality and limit use. In the past 12 months we have disclosed Identifiers and California Customer Records categories to service providers, and Internet/network activity to analytics and advertising-technology providers (such as Google Analytics).
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. Disclosure of online activity to advertising/analytics partners may, depending on configuration, constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; where it does, you may opt out as described in Section 5.
4. Your California Rights
Right to know / access. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected, the sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients, covering the preceding 12 months.
Right to delete. You may request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions (for example, completing transactions, security, legal compliance, and certain internal uses).
Right to correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sharing. You may opt out of any “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to limit sensitive information. Where applicable, you may direct us to limit use of sensitive personal information to permitted purposes.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Any CCPA-permitted financial incentive will be described in writing and requires your opt-in, which you may revoke.
5. How to Exercise Your Rights
Submit a request by emailing privacy@vipexperienc.com or by using our online Submit a Request form. Only you, or someone you authorize, may make a request, and you may make a request on behalf of your child. You may make a request to know up to twice in a 12-month period. Your request must give us enough information to verify your identity and to understand and respond to it. We cannot respond if we cannot verify your identity. We use information provided only to verify and respond.
6. Response Timing
We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with one additional 45-day extension where reasonably necessary (we will notify you). Disclosures cover the preceding 12 months. We provide portable data in a readily usable format where feasible. We do not charge a fee unless a request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we will explain and estimate any fee first.
7. Other California Rights and Contact

Code § 1798.83) lets California residents request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; email privacy@vipexperienc.com.
