This statement concerns the website located at www.vipexperienc.com (the “Website”), operated by RRJ Media Holdings LLC (the “Operator”).

1. Age Statement

Every actual human being appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct on the Website was at least 18 years old at the time the depiction was produced.

2. Exemption — Content Produced by Third Parties

The Operator is not the “producer” (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear on the Website. With respect to such third-party content, the Operator engages only in transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting of material uploaded by third-party users (including creators), who control the parts of the Website containing user-generated material and for whom the Website is provided as an online service. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the Operator may, in its sole discretion, remove material that it considers indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with its policies or Terms of Service.

3. Exemption — Content Produced by the Operator

To the extent any images or videos appear on the Website for which the Operator may be considered the “producer,” those images and videos are exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) they do not portray sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) they do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area created after July 27, 2006; (3) they do not portray simulated sexually explicit activity occurring after the effective date of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A; or (4) they were created before July 3, 1995.

4. Creator Obligations

Creators who upload content depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct are responsible, as producers, for creating and maintaining all records required by 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257–2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including legible copies of government-issued photo identification for each person appearing in the content as of the production date, and for serving as (or designating) the Custodian of Records for that content. Creators must make these records available to the Operator and to any government official on request, as further described in the Creator Agreement.

5. Designated Custodian of Records

Without limiting the exemptions above, the Operator has designated the following custodian to keep the original records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for materials that fall within either (1) marketing and advertising materials containing visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct acquired or created by the Operator to promote the Website, or (2) materials that are not exempt as described above:
