Logging In
- Go to The Experience website or open the app.
- Click Log In.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click Log In.
If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code from your authenticator app after entering your credentials.
Staying Logged In
Your session will remain active across browser sessions. If you're on a shared or public device, make sure to log out when you're done.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't remember your password:
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email for a password reset link.
- Click the link and enter your new password.
- Confirm your new password and click Reset Password.
Note: Password reset links expire after a limited time. If the link has expired, request a new one.
Password Requirements
When creating or resetting your password, it must meet these requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
Trouble Logging In?
If you're having trouble:
- Make sure Caps Lock is off — Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Check your email address — Ensure you're using the same email you signed up with.
- Clear your browser cache — Sometimes cached data can cause login issues.
- Try a different browser — Rule out browser-specific problems.
