Keep track of all your subscriptions and control your recurring payments in one place.
Controlling Auto-Renewal ("Keep It Going")
Each subscription has a "Keep It Going" toggle (also known as rebill):
- On (default) — Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period.
- Off — Your subscription will expire at the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again.
To Turn Off Auto-Renewal:
- Go to your Subscriptions list.
- Find the subscription you want to manage.
- Toggle "Keep It Going" to off.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period, then expires.
To Re-enable Auto-Renewal:
- Find the subscription in your list.
- Toggle "Keep It Going" back to on.
- Your subscription will now auto-renew at the next billing date.
When a Subscription Expires
If your subscription expires:
- You lose access to the creator's subscriber-only content.
- You keep access to any individual posts you purchased separately.
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain access.
- You'll receive a notification that your subscription has expired.
Resubscribing
If your subscription has expired:
- Visit the creator's profile.
- Click Subscribe on their subscription plan.
- Complete the payment process.
- Your access is immediately restored.
Subscription Notifications
You'll receive notifications for:
- Subscription expiring soon — A reminder before your subscription ends.
- Subscription renewed — Confirmation when auto-renewal is processed.
- Subscription expired — Notice when your subscription has ended.
Payment failed — If your payment method couldn't be charged for renewal.
Viewing Your Subscriptions (Coming Soon...)
- Go to Settings or your Profile.
- Navigate to Subscriptions or My Subscriptions.
- You'll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
For each subscription, you can see:
- Creator name and profile picture.
- Plan name and price.
- Status — Active, Expired, or Canceled.
- Renewal date — When your next payment is due.
- Billing cycle — Monthly or annual.
